Application & Handling

1. Surface preparation. Bonding faces must be sound, dry, and free of dust, slurry, oils, grease, curing compounds, and loose particles. Abrade smooth polished backs, engineered edges, or smooth concrete for mechanical key. Moisture impairs epoxy cure and bond strength.

2. Mixing. Weigh 2 parts Component A (resin) to 1 part Component B (hardener) on a digital scale. Mix 2–3 minutes until colour and paste are uniform. Do not guess by volume. If colour-matching, blend pigment paste (for example MARMOTINT) into the mix. Prepare only what can be applied within the 30–45 minute pot life at 25°C.

3. Application. Spread evenly with a spatula, putty knife, or notched trowel. Assemble while the adhesive is still open. Support, brace, or clamp heavy slabs, vertical cladding, or mitred aprons until initial cure. For cracks and joints, press gel firmly to compact without air pockets. Scrape excess flush before it hardens.

4. Curing & finishing. Initial set is 6–8 hours at 25°C. Wait 24 hours at 25°C before unclamping, machining, diamond grinding, or polishing. Peak compressive and tensile values develop over 7 days.
