Return Policy
We understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging — and at Marmo Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we offer you 15 days to decide whether you’d like to keep it or return it.
Return Guidelines:
- Items will only qualify for return if they are unused and unworn.
- Returns are made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Shipping and COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable and no claim, whatsoever shall be entertained on this ground.
- Approved exchanges or replacements will be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of unused and unworn items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days, once approved.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
- Orders with broken seals or unsealed boxes at the time of delivery will not be accepted for return. Please do not accept such packages.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, you must make the payment before opening the package. Open packages will not be accepted for return.
How to Return an Item
- Securely repack the item(s) to avoid damage during transit.
- Contact a Marmo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. representative to notify us of your return.
- Ship the item to the following address:

Share the tracking details with our team. If we do not receive the returned package, we will request a Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Once we receive your return, the item(s) will undergo a quality check. Returns that are unworn and within the 15-day return window will be processed accordingly.
- Please allow 12–15 business days from receipt of returned items, for the refund process.

Shipping Policy

- Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for serviceable pin codes. If unavailable, you will be required to pay online.
- COD Policy:
- The parcel must be paid for before opening.
- If already opened, do not accept the delivery.
- No debit/credit cards are accepted for COD orders.
